OUR WINEGROWER PHILOSOPHY
“The land is wealth. To extract the best from it, we must work it with humility: observe it, listen to it and work with it over time.
Wine is a story. To allow it to express itself freely, we do not interfere in its evolution. We simply help it to structure itself.”
A quality terroir is not enough. The preservation of our winegrowing heritage and respect for the soil are the focus of our attention.
It is the grapes that express the wealth of a terroir and reflect the distinctive character of a vintage.
Each year, our wines reveal a new potential. By pressing them plot-by-plot, we are able to preserve their individuality and character.
Ancestral savoir-faire combined with modern techniques
The terroir is not the be-all and end-all. Although we are careful to preserve the knowledge of our forefathers, we use the latest technical know-how to craft our unique champagnes.
The cohabitation of several generations is one of our strengths!
Our champagnes
We want our champagnes to highlight the diversity of our terroirs and the distinctive character of each vintage.

A commitment to sustainable viticulture.
Wishing to intervene as little as possible, we have always cultivated our vines using a system of sustainable growing that adapts to their environment. We are inspired by the methods used in organic and biodynamic agriculture without claiming certification for the moment.
